Natural expressions work best, and the image should reflect the moment, mood, or inner quality you want illustrated.
It doesn’t need to be perfect — just authentic.

2. send your photo

Use the online Custom Portrait Questionnaire or upload your chosen photo along with your answers to susanna.lambert@hotmail.co.uk
If you’d like to include a loved one, companion, or pet, simply send their photo too — I’ll weave them gently into your portrait.

3. Consent & Privacy

Consent:
By emailing your photo, you give permission for me to use it only to create your portrait.

Privacy:
Your photo is kept confidential, used solely for your artwork, and deleted once your portrait is complete. Nothing is shared publicly unless you choose to opt‑in.

10. Final Notes “Anything else you’d like me to know?”

1. I’ll confirm your submission

I’ll email you within 2–3 days to let you know I’ve received everything.

2. Deposit Paid

A £10 non-refundable deposit will need to be paid

3. I begin your portrait

I sit with your answers and photo, noting the feeling, qualities, and symbols you’ve shared.

4. You receive a preview

I’ll send you a first look. You’re welcome to share small adjustments or reflections.

5. Final illustration

Once it feels right, I complete your portrait and prepare the final digital file.

6. Delivery

You’ll receive your finished portrait mounted and framed in your chosen colour.

Return & Refund Policy

Each InnerLight Portrait is a custom, digitally illustrated piece, created with care. Because every artwork is unique, returns can’t be accepted for colour variations, personal preference changes, or differences between digital previews and printed artwork.

When Returns Are Accepted

Damage during delivery

Incorrect frame colour- unless an alternative colour was previously agreed by you
The final printed artwork is different compared to your approved version

Please contact me within 7 days with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Returns Postage

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid further damage.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

Non‑refundable deposits are not eligible for refund unless I’m unable to complete your portrait.
